This policy explains how LUXEIGA ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website or buy from us, in the United States, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere.
Information we collect
- Identifiers and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order history, ring size, and engraving text.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, and Klarna for UK customers who choose it). We do not store full card numbers.
- Your ring designs: the settings, metals, and diamonds you choose in our ring builder.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: anything you send us by email or our contact form.
How we use it
- To process, make, ship, and support your order, including returns and warranty claims.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting record-keeping.
- To send marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and products through analytics and, with your consent where required, advertising.
For UK and EEA customers, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies).
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store;
- payment providers and fraud-prevention services;
- our manufacturing partner and diamond suppliers, to make your order;
- shipping, customs, and insurance partners;
- analytics and advertising partners, where you have allowed it;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some providers process data in other countries; where required, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years for tax and legal purposes. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

We use essential cookies to run the store (for example, your cart) and, where permitted, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your choices through our cookie banner or your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of selling or sharing where required by law.
