Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It's a free, no-pressure appointment. Many customers book one just to see lab-grown diamonds in real life before deciding.
Will I see the exact diamond I'm buying?
We show you real settings and center stones in a range of shapes and sizes so you can judge size, sparkle and color. Your own ring is then handcrafted to order with your certified diamond, and you'll receive its grading report.
How do I join the call?
Once your time is confirmed, we email you a private Google Meet or Zoom link. Just click it at your appointment time, on your phone or computer. Nothing to download.
What happens after the call?
Your specialist sends you a private design page with your ring in 3D, photos from your call, every detail and the exact price. Approve it and reserve with 30%, pay in full, or ask us to change anything first.

Approve your design
On camera, we show you real settings and center stones and finalize every detail with you. When you approve the design, you pay the next 30% and we start crafting.
- 40%When it's complete
Receive your ring
We send you photos of your finished ring. You pay the final 40%, and it ships free, fully insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery.

Same price, same protection
Paying in stages costs exactly the same as paying in full, and our 30-day returns and free resize still apply once your ring arrives.
Example: for a £4,000 ring you pay £1,200 today, £1,200 when you approve your design and £1,600 when it's complete. Stage amounts are rounded down to the nearest £5, in your favor.
