Made to order
Every LUXEIGA ring is handcrafted after you order by our manufacturing partner and shipped directly to you. Rings are usually ready to ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Wedding bands and more complex settings can take longer; we will let you know if we expect a delay.
Express crafting
Need it sooner? Add Express crafting for a flat $149 in the US or £149 in the UK and your ring is handcrafted and shipped within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) of your order. Express orders are paid in full at checkout. Delivery times below still apply after shipping.
United States
- Free, fully insured express shipping with tracking on every order.
- Usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days of shipping.
- A signature is required on delivery.
- Any import duties are calculated and charged at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your ring arrives. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
United Kingdom
- Free, fully insured and tracked delivery on every order, with a signature required.
- Usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch.
- Prices include VAT and any import charges, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Other countries
We currently focus on the US and UK. If you live elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.
Discreet packaging
Your ring arrives in its presentation box inside plain outer packaging with no branding, so the surprise stays a surprise.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every shipment is insured for its full value. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email hello@luxeiga.com and we will make it right.
