These terms apply to every order placed on this website. "LUXEIGA," "we," "us," and "our" mean LUXEIGA, based in London, United Kingdom. "You" means the customer placing the order. We sell to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country, including, for UK customers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Our products
LUXEIGA sells engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry set with laboratory-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. We always describe them as laboratory-grown, on our website and on your certificate.
- Every center diamond chosen in our ring builder is graded by an independent gemological laboratory, and the grading report is included with your order.
- Our 3D ring builder and product images are digital renderings to help you visualize your ring. Color, proportions, sparkle, and stone size on screen are a guide and may differ slightly from the finished, handmade piece.
- Carat weights, measurements, and metal weights are stated within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Gold is offered in 14K and 18K for US customers (9K, 14K, and 18K in the UK) and in platinum. Metal is stamped with its fineness. UK orders above the legal weight thresholds are hallmarked under the Hallmarking Act 1973.
2. Made to order
Each ring is handcrafted to order by our manufacturing partner in the metal, size, and diamond you choose, and shipped directly to you. Timings are in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot make your ring as ordered (for example, a chosen diamond becomes unavailable), we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
3. Prices, taxes, and duties
- United States: prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Any import duties for US deliveries are calculated and charged at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your ring arrives.
- United Kingdom: prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT and any import charges. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we are not required to sell at that price. We will contact you and let you either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
You can pay in one of two ways:
- Pay in full when you order, by card or the other methods shown at checkout. For UK customers, Klarna may be offered at checkout (for example, pay in 3 interest-free installments). Klarna is provided by Klarna, not LUXEIGA, and is subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks. Borrow only what you can afford to repay.
- Pay in three stages, at no extra cost: (1) 30% when you order, to reserve your ring and your design consultation; (2) 30% when you approve your final design after your consultation; and (3) the remaining 40% when your ring is complete, before it ships. Stage amounts are rounded down to the nearest £5 in your favor.
For staged payments, we email you a secure payment link for stages 2 and 3. We never charge your card automatically. We start making your ring once stage 2 is paid and ship it once the final payment is received.
- Before you approve your design, you can cancel at any time and we will refund your 30% deposit in full.
- After you approve your design, your ring is made to your specification. If you cancel before it is complete, we will refund what you have paid, less the reasonable costs we have already incurred in making it.
- Final payment is due within 14 days of us telling you that your ring is complete. If it has not been received 30 days after a reminder, we may cancel the order and refund what you have paid, less our reasonable costs incurred.
- Once your ring has been delivered, our Returns Policy applies to the full price, however you paid.
5. Your order
You will receive an email confirming we have received your order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and begin making it. You must be 18 or older to order.
6. Engraving and personalization
Engraving is free, up to 20 characters. Please check your spelling; we engrave exactly what you enter and may refuse offensive or unlawful text. Engraved and personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind (see our Returns Policy).
7. Ring sizes and resizing
Choose your US or UK ring size carefully. We offer one free resize within 60 days of delivery where the design allows. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized; we will discuss alternatives with you.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limited warranty
We warrant our jewelry against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery and will repair or replace a defective item free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones caused by impact, or work done by another jeweler. To make a claim, email dahircusmaan19@gmail.com. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights; UK customers also have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
10. Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you gave us.
11. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or business losses; our products are for personal use. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the LUXEIGA™ name and logo, ring designs, 3D models, images, and text, belongs to LUXEIGA or its licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.
13. Privacy
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a refund of anything paid for but not received.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or US state where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first with any complaint and we will do our best to resolve it.
